At Coast City Kids, we believe children are not the church of tomorrow, but the church of today. From a young age, we empower kids to develop a vibrant, personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to create a fun, engaging, and spiritually enriching environment where children grow in their faith and discover the power of God’s love.

Our Kids Ministry is built on the ABC’s, three core values that guide everything we do:

A – Awe of God
We want every child to experience the awe and wonder of our amazing, all-powerful God. Through dynamic visuals, creative environments, and interactive learning, we help kids grasp the beauty and magnificence of the world God created, fostering a deep sense of reverence and awe.

B – Big Faith
At Coast City Kids, we believe in cultivating big faith in every child. We teach them that with God, they can do anything He calls them to do. Our dedicated leaders and teachers inspire kids to know their identity in Christ and equip them to boldly step into their God-given purpose with confidence and courage.

C – Care for Others
Jesus calls us to love others boldly, and we make it a priority to teach children the importance of caring for their families, friends, and communities. At Coast City Kids, children are encouraged to show Christ-like love, kindness, and compassion, building relationships and making a positive impact wherever they go.

SAFETY

We believe children are more than the future, they are the now! A trained and friendly staff is ready to care for infants, toddlers, and elementary aged children. Our curriculum is catered to each age group for children to learn about Jesus through music, crafts, and the Bible. It is fun and relatable for everyone!

Your child’s safety is our top priority. We have implemented strict protocols to ensure that all children are cared for in a secure environment:

• Thorough Background Checks: For your child’s safety, all volunteers undergo a comprehensive background screening, including fingerprinting and criminal background checks. We take every measure to ensure that every person involved in our ministry is qualified, trustworthy, and committed to providing a safe environment for your child.
• Secure Check-In System: All parents and guardians will check in their child using a secure, user-friendly system. Upon check-in, you will receive a unique security number, which will be used to ensure that only authorized individuals can pick up your child at the end of service.
• Emergency Notifications: Should an issue arise during the service that requires your attention, we will immediately contact you via text message, ensuring that you’re always informed if we need your presence.
• Safe Child Release: At the end of the service, children will only be released to the guardian who presents the matching security number. This ensures that children are safely returned to the correct parent or guardian.
